Can we book photo and video services separately?
Absolutely. You may book photo service by itself, or video service by itself. The choice is yours.

What sets you apart from the other photographers out there?
We are among the more skilled photographers in town and have shot thousands of events in our 25 years of experience. We also believe in providing quality photography at reasonable prices. In keeping with that, we work to minimize the amount of overhead we have, so we can pass that saving onto you, the client.

What kind of equipment do you use?
We use top-of-the-line professional Nikon cameras and lenses for our main and backup equipment. The cameras we use are 14 megapixals.and can easily produce a file large enough to print a 20” x 30” photo.

Why do you shoot digital instead of film?
There are many reasons to shoot digital. Here are just a few…

a. Digital provides us with the same quality as a film-based medium-format camera,
but with the flexibility and convenience that 35mm cameras provide.

b.Digital allows us to shoot color images that can be transformed easily into black and
white or sepia photos. No more having to switch films in the camera. Because of the
digital format this service is now available at no additional charge.

c.The instant feedback that we can get when using digital is invaluable. Now we know
when the shot is perfect.

How many pictures do you take?
That all depends on the amount of guests, locations, and the amount of time we are with you. We take about 550 to 800 photos during an average wedding consisting of 6 hours and 120 guests.

800 pictures sounds like a lot? Will I be able to enjoy my day?
Except for the having to organize the formal photos, the majority of these pictures are taken in an unobtrusive manner.

How long will it take for us to see the photos from our event?
You will be able to see your photos online within days of your event.

How long does it take for me to receive my DVD?
A DVD will be mailed to you within a week.

Can I order prints online?
Yes, you can order any prints online for around the same price as most photo stores offer.

Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date.

When is the balance due?
The balance is due 21 days prior to your event.

Will you take a personal check for the balance?
We will be happy to accept a personal check for the balance.

Do you take credit cards?
In order to keep our prices affordable and our overhead low, we accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa) but, with a 3% surcharge.

Why choose to capture your special day on video?
A few reasons to consider...

a. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event.

b. You will be able to see all of the details and special moments of your day from a
different perspective; as both participant and guest. For example, you’ll be able

to see your guests’ reactions as you say your wedding vows.

c. Only a video can provide a living record of your day that you can replay over and
over again.

What is most important when choosing a videographer?
Experience! Our staff has extensive experience in professional video production coupled with a broadcasting background. This enables us to deliver your video with expert framing, timing, camera angles, lighting and sound. With so much invested in your event, are you willing to settle for anything less?

My father’s brother volunteered to run a video camera for free! Isn’t that good enough?
The biggest problem we have seen regarding these free offers from family or friends is that the resulting audio is usually problematic. Capturing good audio requires a high level of experience and technical equipment few people own or even know about.

What kind of equipment do you use?
We use professional 3-chip cameras that offer excellent color and low-light capabilities with over 800 lines of resolution (broadcast quality). We utilize wireless microphones that capture crisp audio and low-level sound (even if you whisper).

What type of editing equipment will be used?
We edit on a cutting edge, state-of-the-art digital system that offers professional, custom effects, including dissolves, slow motion, freeze frames, multiple videos transparently moving, or still-graphics framing a moving image.

What is the format of your video?
All of our videos are delivered in DVD-R format.

How long will it take before I receive the final product?
Your video will be completed 3 weeks after all needed materials, such as still photos, the invitation, etc., are provided.

Can I book photo and video services separately?
Absolutely. The choice is yours. However, communication between the two is critical. Our photographers and videographers work together all the time ensuring good communication.

Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. This deposit is non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation prior to 90 days of your event, your deposit will be returned in full.

When is the balance due?
The balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

Will you take a personal check for the balance?
We will be happy to accept a personal check for the balance.

Do you take credit cards?
In order to keep our prices affordable and our overhead low, we do not take credit cards at this time. However, we DO ACCEPT payments through PayPal.
